Fitness Orientation (Free For New Members Only)

Within the first three (3) weeks of sign-up date, our certified fitness staff will assess your current fitness levels as well as future fitness goals and design a program specifically for you. This program will be recorded onto a weight room card to be used as a point of reference when working out. This hour of personal training is included in your initiation fee, and will include no extra charges. Contact a fitness trainer to make an appointment. Approximate time is one hour.

Body Fat Testing ($10.00 per Test)

This is the best way to monitor progress and weight!

Adolescent Introduction to Weights

($30.00/Hour or $20.00/Hour for Groups of Two to Four)

This program is designed for ages 13-15. Kids work one-on-one or in group format under the supervision of a certified personal trainer. Teaches kids proper lifting techniques, spotting, program development, and nutrition. Gets young people started on the right track safely.

Fitness and Personal Training Guide

Private Personal Training
Members $40.00 per Hour    $25.00 per half hour
Non-members $50.00 per hour     $35.00 per half hour

Six or more one hour session packages available at a 10% savings.

This type of training targets the individual who prefers a one on one coach to help motivate and design their fitness program. You fitness trainer will assist you every step of the way, making sure that your workout is motivating, challenging, and produces results. This type of training takes you to the next step in your fitness goals. The challenge and personal direction creates the stimulus for rewarding results. Appointments available for members or non-members.

Sport Specific Training

If you are currently involved in a sport and are looking for a training program to enhance your abilities, this training program is for you. We work with members ages 13 and older to improve large and small motor skills, overall strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, and balance/coordination, as well as training you in a way that is specific and conducive to improved performance in your chosen sport. Training for all sports and activities available.

Totally Fit Weight Loss Plan
Totally fit weight loss plan is a twelve week program towards total body transformation through nutrition, weight training and cardio conditioning. The totally fit plan instills good eating habits conducive for life long weight loss and weight management.
